Ordering Information
Minimum Order: $20.00 (excluding shipping charges). You may place an order using our Secure Online Shopping Cart, Calling us during the above listed hours, or by faxing your order along with your credit card number and expiration date. Please make sure to list a day-time telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order.

Shipping Information
In stock items are shipped the same day. Items are charged when the order is received. Non-stock items typically take 10-14 days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for "Special Order" Items which include all EMTEK, Double Hill and Heritage Hardware.

Items are shipped UPS ground.
Shipping is not a "profit center" for us. We don't tack on a "handling fee" or charge excessive amounts for shipping like many companies.

Return Policy

Any item in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip and indicate your reason for return.

In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Most "Special Order" Items are not returnable.

Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
